[Severe Storms, Flooding, and Tornadoes] Findlay, Ohio, September 14, 2007 -- FEMA Community Relations Specialist Wilhemina Hearne (L) and Fumiko Harada Ph.D. (R)  a professor of Japanese at the University of Findlay, speak with two Japanese community residents who received damage to their residences and belongings during recent flooding. FEMA reaches out to all communities insuring that non-English speaking residents register with FEMA if they have suffered damage to their homes.  John Ficara/FEMA
