[Hurricane Katrina] Baton Rouge, LA, December 19, 2005 - "Ginger" and "Custer" are two of Hope Crisis Response 12 therapy dogs brought in to work from the Joint Field Office in Baton Rouge to provide comfort to displaced victims of Hurricane Katrina and relief workers.
