The Army Medical Center is preparing a pneumonia vaccine for the first mass scale inoculation ever attempted in the battle against the disease. Volunteers from the CCC will be the human guinea pigs in the experiment. Stockham, Washington, D.C. insurance man, turns in one of his typewriters to the government. This is one of the first machines thus enlisted in the war effort
