High Shoals (N.C.) School. This is average attendance. Enrollment is 80. Only one other school in town and about 15 attend that. See photo 279 (St. John's Mission School) Population of town is about 1000. Where are the rest of the children? This school is supported principally by the Mill Co. (Partly by County).
