The interview is held aboard an Air National Guard C-130 Hercules aircraft that will participate in the Scathe View Mission, during Exercise NORTHERN EDGE 2001. The Scathe View system allows aircraft to acquire imagery up to 17,000 ft off the ground and can instantly transmit the imagery to ground forces
