Port Monmouth, N.J., March 1, 2013 -- Monmouth Cove Marina, a multi-service facility purchased by Monmouth County in 1990, is slowly recovering after being devastated by Hurricane Sandy in late October.  Some rack storage is being utilized and work is ongoing to restore the remainder of the Marina.
