Ben Greay, so-called 'mystery' employee of the Associated Gas and Electric Co., pictured as he arrived at the Securities and Exchange Commission today for questioning. Grey, who was on the utility's payroll at $5,000 a month for 11 months, told the S.E.C. that the White House made an appointment for him to see Frank R.
