Nedläggning av kloakledning 1921 - 1922. Den aktuella kloaken rann dels mot Hulesjön dels mot Torbjörntorp. Det beslöts att en kloakledning skulle byggas. Arbetet utfördes som nödhjälpsarbete åren 1921-22. Arbetsstyrkan uppgick till mellan 25 och 30 man. De flesta kom från andra orter. Många arbetslösa stenhuggare från Bohuslän deltog liksom gjuteriarbetare från Köpings Mekaniska Verkstad. Den enda "maskinella" utrustning som fanns till hjälp var en stubbrytare och en kran. Diket grävdes 5 meter djupt. Som draghjälp hade man stenkärror och två hästar. Ledningsdragningen gick från undergången vid snickerifabriken - under järnvägen - till Mössebergsgatan - Nils Ericsonsgatan mot Norra undergången.
