New York, N.Y., Dec. 3, 2012 -- Department of Motor Vehicle employee Shuntel Marina, takes back license plates from residents who have lost their cars due to Hurricane Sandy. The makeshift office has been set up in Breezy Point at the local combined New York City Restoration Center and Disaster Recovery Center due to Hurricane Sandy.
