[Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding] Portage, WI, June 26, 2008--  FEMA opened 12 Disaster Recovery Centers and 3 Mobile Disaster Recovery Center Motor Homes in Wisconsin in response to severe flooding in the state.  Most of the Disaster Recovery Centers were stationed at schools or other municipal buildings, while the three Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers moved around to various locations where they were needed.
