Famous Army flyer receives award for development of blind flying. The coveted "Oak Leaf Cluster," an honor comparable to the Distinguished Flying Cross, was confered today on Capt. Albert F. Hegenberger of Wright Field, Dayton, Ohio, for his development of blind flying. The secretary of War George H. Dern is shown making the award at the Army War College. Capt.
