Upper Leacock and Manheim Townships, Pa., April 7, 2013 -- Reconstruction of Pinetown Covered Bridge over the Conestoga River in Lancaster County continues. FEMA funds will cover 75 percent of the $1.1 million it will cost to rebuild the 146-year-old bridge, which was nearly completely destroyed by Tropical Storm Lee and Hurricane Sandy in 2011
