DAKAR, Senegal (Feb. 07, 2009) A service member from the U.S. Embassy in Dakar, Senegal, gives a high-five to a Senegalese boy while playing soccer at the Vivre Ensemble orphanage after a team of Africa Partnership Station 2009 members delivered donated school supplies from Project Handclasp. Service members working with Africa Partnership Station delivered donated school supplies from Project Handclasp to the school. Africa Partnership Station is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security on the African continent.
