Balbala, Djibouti (Nov. 19, 2006) A young student from Balbala School holds a soccer ball given to her by service members from Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. The soccer balls were donated from organizations, clubs and churches in the United States. Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa is a unit of United States Central Command. The organization conducts operations and training to assist partner nations to combat terrorism in order to establish a secure environment and enable regional stability.
