Norfolk (Mar. 24, 2008) Rear Adm. Mark S. Boensel, commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic; Vice Adm. Peter H. Daly, deputy commander, U. S. Fleet Forces Command; Vice Adm. Dirk J. Debbink, commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command; and R. Kent Hudgens, deputy commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command; participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the new Navy Reserve Forces Command Headquarters at Naval Station Norfolk.
