Norfolk, Va. (Feb. 01, 2006) The Atlantic Fleet band performs during the ribbon cutting ceremony for Commander, 2nd Fleet's new headquarters on board Naval Station Norfolk. The new headquarters opened after nearly $3 million in upgrades and repairs. The new offices allow 2nd Fleet to increase its footprint on command and control by increasing the technological capabilities of the headquarters.
