Afghan construction workers receive assistance from Col. Fred Drummond, director of Combined Joint-Engineering, in erecting the base for a plaque that will honor Maj. Gen. Harold Greene, former Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan deputy commanding general. Greene is the highest-ranking U.S. military officer to be killed in combat since Vietnam.
