(Sep. 25, 2012) Air-Traffic Controller 2nd Class Alexes Boutin, assigned to the operations department aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) and temporarily assigned to the berthing rehabilitation team, secures a light fixture before painting a berthing space.
