Koichiro Bansho, Commanding General, Western Army, as Marines with Company L, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) and Soldiers from the Western Army Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) conduct boat operations as part of the Japan Observer Exchange Program on Kin Blue, Okinawa, 11 July, 2014.
