Bulgarl's Involuntary Aid. Bulgarian prisoners a Salonica aiding the American Red Cross in transhipping relief supplies to the destitute sections of the Balkans. Greece, Serbia, and other Balkan countries have employed enemy prisoners to good advantage in beginning reconstruction work. Several crews were assigned by these governments to aid the Red Cross in getting its relief supplies properly distributed
