Bartholomew, representing U.S. Navy Reserve, Chief Steel Worker Brenton W. Heisserer, representing U.S. Navy Shore, Chief Boatswain's Mate Joe A. Mendoza, representing U.S. Fleet Forces, and Chief Logistics Specialist Blanca A.
