Chief Warrant Officer 3 Kenneth Morris of Mahomet, Illinois, receives his Honorable Discharge from Maj. Gen. Michael Zerbonia, the Assistant Adjutant General – Army of the Illinois National Guard and the Commander of the Illinois Army National Guard as part of his retirement ceremony on May 6, 2017 at the Illinois State Military Museum in Springfield, Illinois. Morris retired from the Illinois National Guard with more than 30 years of service including a combat tour to Afghanistan from 2008 to 2009 with the Illinois Army National Guard’s 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
