Dr. Roger Luncheon, Head Presidential Secretariat Secretary to the Cabinet, is given a tour of the regional hospital at Kumaka by Dr. David Samaroo, a resident physician, highlighting the renovations of the hospital provided by U.S. military engineers and the Guyana Defense Force during first combined humanitarian and civic assistance exercise conducted between the United States and Guyana.
