Emina Bacevac, an interpreter contracted by the US goverment to translate the Serbian language, tells the children of Serbian families (not shown) in Kosovo, to give Soldiers the thumbs up. The families are lined up to receive Humanitarian Aid (HA) Items. The HA items are donated by families back in the United States and consisted of clothing, school supplies and toys.
