US Army Captain Aaron Davis, the Officer In Charge (OIC) of the Product Development Detachment (PDD), 315th Psychological Operations (PYSOPS) out of Upland, California, tells the Serbian families to back up and that every one will get their share of the Humanitarian Aid (HA) items in Kosovo.
