Employees of State Corps Limited, an Afghan company that helped construct the Afghan National Army Officer Academy, gather for a ceremony commemorating the project completion Sept. 16. The facilities and curriculum for the Academy are based on the British Army’s Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and provide training to Afghanistan’s next generation of military leaders.
