Kyouhei Okubo, left, and Niina Higa, place orange slices on plates June 26 at Camp Foster’s Mess Hall 488 while participating in the Japan Student Exchange Program. Students from two junior high schools participated in the program, learning from the Marines and master labor contractors who work at the Mess Hall, Base Safety and Base Supply Offices on Camp Foster.
