Lieutenant Colonel (LCOL) Herbert Heavner, Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG), Chaplain, gives an invocation at the Taylor Armory to personnel of the Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG) Military Police units returning from the Gulf Coast. MIARNG Military Police (MP) units are returning from the Gulf coast after augmenting local law enforcement and providing humanitarian assistance in support of Katrina Relief efforts to the citizens of the Gulf Coast.
