Master Chief Aviation Boatswain's Mate Raul Castillo (left) and Aircraft Handling Officer Lt. Cmdr. Mills was struck and killed as she assisted others in a traffic collision near Bremerton, Wash., where she was stationed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz. Carl Vinson and Carrier Air Wing 17 are deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
