ARABIAN SEA (Jan. 25, 2012) Master Chief Aviation Boatswain's Mate Raul Castillo, left, and Aircraft Handling Officer Lt. Cmdr. Tommy Edgeworth, bow their heads during a moment of silence before leading a memorial Foreign Object Damage walk down dedicated to Lt. Cmdr. Regina Mills aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Mills was struck and killed as she assisted others in a traffic collision near Bremerton, Wash. where she was stationed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
