Musician 1st Class Robert Langslet of Portland, Oregon, with the Coast Guard Band, plays keyboard at the reception following the change of command and retirement ceremony for Coast Guard Commandant Adm. The Coast Guard Band is a 55-member ensemble of world-class musicians who perform at presidential and cabinet-level official and informal events, as well as in public concerts and community outreach events, as part of the mission to be the bridge between the Coast Guard and the American public.
