Plan of First or Office Floor. The first floor as shown by the plan is entirely re-arranged. The mainentrance is to be on Amsterdam Avenue and the offices will be placedto the left of the entrance in the new part. The space in the old buildingwill be entirely given over to the Medical Board. The present entrancewill be used exclusively by the patients. The Boarding Out Departmentwill be to the left of the door and the Outdoor Department to the right. The third floor will be given over entirely to the private patients.There are no changes here except that seven additional rooms are pro-vided and a private bath. By a very simple plan four of these roomscan be made into two suites, each connected with its own bath. The fourth floor, on which is now the old Marion Street Hospitalward, will have in the new part six rooms for the internes and their 23
