New York, N.Y., Dec. 10, 2012 -- Community Relations Specialists and Individual Assistance Specialist get a briefing at St. Mary of the Sea Church in the Far Rockaways. They were planning on meeting residents who had attended a meeting consisting of Faith leaders, elected officials and local residents to discuss issues impacting the community weeks after Hurricane Sandy made landfall. FEMA Community Relations Specialists and Applicant Services Program Specialists set up in the church basement to assist residents with questions about their applications to FEMA.
