Red Horse Civil Engineer and medical support campsite is located at the at air strip outside of Kumaka, Guyana. The camp is the temporary home for more than 50 U.S. military personnel working in support during this first combined humanitarian and civic assistance exercise conducted between the United States and Guyana. Military personnel from the Air Force, Air Force Reserve and National Guard, Army, Army National Guard and Marine Corpsparticipated in the exercise which included engineering and medical readiness training
