SPAR visits Sector Lake Michigan

MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Margaret Radiano, a Coast Guard SPAR, is given a tour of the Coast Guard Sector Lake Michigan facility by Capt. Matt Sibley, sector commander, on Feb. 14, 2012.
