US Air Force AIRMAN First Class Josh Walker from the 823rd Red Horse Squadron, Hurlbert Field, Florida, nails down a roof truss during the construction of the Las Palmas School, Paraguay, Exercise NEW HORIZONS. Combined Task Force Guarani Springs conducts engineer and medical operations in Paraguay enabling joint training.
