US Air Force AIRMAN First Class Nathan Stroot, from the 823rd Red Horse Squadron, Hurlbert Field, Florida, drills on wood for the construction of a new school in Las Palmas, Paraguay, during Exercise NEW HORIZONS. Combined Task Force Guarani Springs conducts engineer and medical operations in Paraguay, enabling joint training.
