U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 116th Civil Engineering Squadron, 116th Air Control Wing, Georgia Air National Guard, participate in a 7-week construction-training project at Wellston Park, Warner Robins, Ga., that included clearing, grading and the laying of asphalt for a 1.5-mile walking trail March 22, 2017. The engineers partnered with the City of Warner Robins to assist in the completion of Wellston Park through the Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program. The IRT program is a US military volunteer training opportunity that provides training and readiness for military personnel while addressing public and civil-society needs.
