Harrington, Chairman of the Labor Committee of the National Publishing Association, charged that the Black-Connery Wage-and-Hour Bill was an attempt to impose conditions of wage and price fixing wich led to the fall of French and Roman empires. If desired, he promised the Committee he would supply necessary historical references to prove his contention Harrington is also Assistant to Bernard MacFadded, head of MacFadden Publications. 6/11/37
