St. Bernard Parish, La., July 24, 2013 -- The St. Bernard Parish 34th Judicial Courthouse historic structure that was built in 1939 suffered heavy damages as a result of high winds, storm surge and a rush of water from broken levees caused by Hurricane Katrina.
